Posting Schedule

At this point, I'm still waiting on projects, so it was necessary to simply order the schedule according to date of completion rather than length as originally planned. We'll be posting two Big Bang projects per day until we run out. Then all Bonus Bang projects will go live to celebrate the end of the challenge. In situations where art was finished, but not podfic, the art will go live at the same time as the Bonus Bang projects.

Presently we have the first week filled, with one slot open for Friday. Some participants have already contacted me about late submissions. Others I'll be getting in touch with soon.

Please turn in your late submissions ASAP!

Please note that the posting schedule isn't set in stone. If someone needs an extra day or two to fix something, I might switch things around a bit.

How Posting Will Work

eosrose will post projects to the website at approximately Midnight CST each day. dreaming_athena will post the projects to the community as soon as time permits her. Once projects have been posted to the website, you are free to start pimping out your work as you see fit.

Just to clarify since none of the three projects I did art for appear on that schedule - will there be additional weeks of posting? One of my readers told me she was dropping out, but I assumed the other two were still submitting stories.

I'll be tacking on additional podfics as they are submitted. If the podfics for your covers aren't submitted, I'll just post your cover art at the end. :)

Which person dropped out? No one has actually told me they won't be submitting anything at this point. Just that they'll be late.

Fantastic! I just wanted to make sure that there were more projects due to come in since a podfic cover without a podfic is a bit anti-climatic ;)

Ratherastory had told me that she wasn't going to be able to finish for the big bang, but maybe that's changed since Friday?

TBH, I've been more concerned with taking care of submissions than worrying about latecomers or dropouts this weekend. I'll have to doublecheck my notes. :)

Hello!
I noticed that the podfic I did art for did not appear on the list.
When I asked my podficcer sophinisba about it, she confirmed to have sent in her podfic in last weekend. (The one i'm collaborating with her for is called A Lever and a Place to Stand by TwoSkeletons) I had sent in my cover before that(to the email). I am now a bit worried that I made a mistake and you never received my submission?

Also, I am speaking for sophinisba to let you know that since this post is locked and the membership to the comm closed, she is unable to see it (since she had only watched the comm.) Is there a way an invite to the comm can be sent to her so that she can see the locked updates?

I hadn't actually intended to keep it locked. I was still working on the post, which was why it was locked. It's weird that she couldn't join, but other people could... I'll look into it. Posting is closed, but membership should be open.

Also, I've got your cover now. For reference, emailing submissions isn't the best way to go about it, since messages get lost in the hundreds of alerts I'm sent each day. Plus, I think your message ended in the spam folder for some reason! I've just been stalking the submission pages, really. XD

Ooooooooh man, okay, what are the chances that "This Never Happened" could be moved back? I am doing my darndest to finish, but it is taking me slightly longer than I had originally anticipated, and I am not 100% sure the sound-effects version will be done by the 11th. Like, I will TRY, but. It's not definite.

Yay, schedule!

Slight problem on my side - I had no actually finished the cover for Castle: it's the unofficial project I ended up doing after finishing the one I did sign up for and the extra one. The present cover is a pre-existing back-up, and the real one is close to done (tomorrow or the next day should see it finished). However, the podfic's post is already up because I only just now saw this schedule. Should I just post the new cover whenever I'm done both to my journal and to the submission post, and it'll be updated? Or am I just too late everywhere?

Sorry for the bother and confusion on this.
