Hey, Night! I got my template from eosrose. A while back, she posted tutorials on Livejournal, HERE and HERE about how to post your podfic on AO3. I will admit that, if you aren't already familiar with coding, the learning curve will be STEEP.
You could always be like Reena_Jenkins and keep it simple. She uses a relateable template for her one-shot podfics and creates a chart for the multi-chapter stories.
